BJP State president Manoj Tiwari on Saturday flagged off the first in a series of motorcylce rallies from by BJP Yuva Morcha workers to publicise the achievements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Capital.
The rally convened by BJP Delhi vice-president Jai Prakash and Pradesh Yuva Morcha president Sunil Yadav saw BJP workers of the New Delhi District distributing publicity material on the achievements of Modi government in Connaught Place, Gole Market, Bengali Market and the surrounding area among the youth and the others.
“It is a matter of pride for us that we are going between the people, propagating the achievements and the development works of Prime Minister Modi’s government, while the desperate Opposition parties are trying to compete with BJP by provoking religious and cast sentiments of the people,” Mr. Tiwari said in his address to the gathering.
Mr. Tiwari also said that in addition to the Youth and Purvanchal Morchas all of the party’s District Units and other Morchas were taking the achievements of the Modi government to various sections of society.
Under this series, he said, a programme had been organised to contact the people of Delhi’s rural areas and intellectuals on Sunday.
