Special discussion at ETI premises

COLOMBO (News 1st) – A special discussion took place at the ETI premises this morning over the repayment of its depositors. More than 1000 depositors who invested their money at ETI were present for this discussion.
According to the ETI Depositors Association, Niroshan Perera, they are awaiting the instructions of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
He added that the Central Bank must focus on where the investment is coming from and what previous investments the person has made and in what sort of companies.
Furthermore, it was stated that they hope the Central Bank would call them in for discussions.
