First area girl to win state championship this year after winning the 200
COLUMBUS Malvern High School's Zoe Moser won the Division III girls 200-meter state championship late Saturday morning, the first area girl to win a state title at the OHSAA track and field championships.
Her victory helped Malvern finish third in the girls Division III team standings.
Earlier in the morning, Moser finished as the state runner-up in the 100, placing second by one one-hundredths of a second.
