The city of Lynchburg is asking motorists to use caution when traveling on Commerce Street on June 3 and 4 while the Department of Water Resources cleans sewer and stormwater lines, according to a city news release.
The cleaning will occur between Sixth and Ninth streets between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Flaggers will direct traffic for lane closures.
Water and sewage service will not be affected. Access to parking lots, businesses and residences will be available at all times.
