For banned Australia cricketer David Warner, things seem to be returning to normalcy post the ball-tampering incident. Warner, who is set to return to club cricket in July, has been relishing a family holiday with his wife and daughters in Singapore.

The 31-year-old recently shared pictures of his Singapore sojourn on Instagram. The pictures featured the Australian cricketer indulging in a lot of fun activities including bungee jumping with wife Candice and daughters Ivy Mae and Indi Rae. The Warner family was also seen visiting some rose gardens and taking a trip to the fairground, besides drinking a jumbo-sized cocktail.

Warner’s Singapore trip comes just a week after her wife revealed how she suffered a miscarriage in the aftermath of the ball-tampering scandal that broke out during Australia’s tour of South Africa.

“I was bleeding. We knew I was miscarrying. We held one another and cried. The miscarriage was a tragic consequence, a heartbreaking end to a horror tour,” Candice had said in an interview to The Australian Women’s Weekly.

Warner had then praised Candice for showing courage in the face of adversity besides thanking her for being with him through the thick and thin.

David Warner, Steve Smith and Cameron Bancroft were banned by Cricket Australia following their involvement in the ball-tampering scandal. While Warner and Smith received one-year ban, Bancroft was handed over a nine-month sanction.

However the cricketers were encouraged to play club cricket during the period of ban. Warner, along with Bancroft, will return to action when they play in the NT Strike League in Darwin in July. Smith, on the other hand, has been signed to play in a T20 league in Canada.
