Thomas Lemar…

Liverpool are still in the running to sign Monaco star Thomas Lemar.

That’s according to TransferMarketWeb, who claim Liverpool’s hierarchy are eager to bring the French international to Anfield.

Lemar was strongly linked with Jurgen Klopp’s side, Barcelona and Arsenal last summer, but the 22-year-old completely fell off the radar when the Reds withdrew their interest.

The report states that Monaco would accept a fee of £101million.

In a recent interview, Lemar revealed that he regretted not joining a Premier League club and remains open to all offers.

“Regrets? Maybe,” said Lemar. “I’m not going to hide it, I was a little disappointed. Once it’s over, it’s over, so I try not to think about it.

“I’ve kept working so that these clubs come back during the next transfer window. I’m open to all offers. I am a football player, I like football. I do not close any door.”

Diego Costa on Antoine Griezmann

Manchester United and Barcelona won’t want to hear Diego Costa’s prediction on Antoine Griezmann’s future.

The former Chelsea star believes Griezmann will stick with Diego Simeone at Atletico Madrid, despite the constant rumours linking him with a mega-money departure.

"He is taking a little time to say what is next for him and I think there is perhaps some doubt on his part," Costa told a news conference.

"If he leaves, we also must be happy because he's given us a title this season but, in the end, I think he'll stay."

Cristiano Ronaldo return

Former Real Madrid manager Fabio Capello thinks Cristiano Ronaldo wants a return to Manchester United.

Capello’s comments come shortly after Zinedine Zidane announced that he would be stepping down as Real Madrid coach, less than a week after leading the Spanish club to a third straight Champions League triumph.

“I think that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to go back to Manchester, to play for United and being coached by his compatriot Mourinho,” Capello told Sky Italia.

“Real Madrid would need to recover from Ronaldo’s loss in terms of goals scored. The only available name at the moment is Robert Lewandowski.”

Ousmane Dembele to Liverpool

Jurgen Klopp is desperate to sign Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele, reports claim.

The Reds have already unveiled Monaco midfielder Fabinho, who will officially join from Monaco on July 1 in a deal worth up to £43.7million.

But there are more signings in the pipeline and Klopp hopes Dembele will be one of them.

Spanish website Mundo Deportivo via Tribal Football claim Klopp is personally trying to get a deal for the Barcelona forward over the line, and wants to speak with Liverpool’s transfer committee about his arrival.

The report adds that Klopp is also interested in speaking to Dembele and his mother about a switch thats expected to cost somewhere in the region of £88million.

Jurgen Klopp to Real Madrid?

Real Madrid reportedly want Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp to replace Zinedine Zidane because of how he handled Philippe Coutinho’s move to Barcelona in January.

Spanish website Diario Gol say Real Madrid president Florentino Perez holds the German in high esteem.

And are extremely impressed by Klopp because of his achievements at Liverpool this season.

However, the Liverpool boss is said to have no plan to jump ship.

Klopp still feels there is unfinished business at Anfield, particularly with the club yet to win a trophy under his guidance.

As a result, Real could supposedly turn to Guti or Joachim Low instead.
