Isabella prosecutors will sort out a woman’s complaint that a night of rough sexual relations with her fiancee went too far.

She filed a rape complaint but police aren’t sure a crime was committed.

“The two had been experimenting with bondage, BDSM, choking and spanking,” said Jeff Browne, public information officer for the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.

Then the woman said she wanted to tone things down – no rape play or punching, but choking and slapping were okay.

All was fine for awhile.

“The male then threw the female on the ground which the female was not ok with,” Browne said. “So the victim wanted to file a report for criminal sexual conduct.”

No arrest was made.

“It’s interesting,” Browne said. “I’m not sure on the crime. The victim believes it’s a CSC. The prosecutor’s office will make the determination of charges.”
