Man Utd transfer news: Jose Mourinho has three players in mind to replace Anthony Martial
MANCHESTER UNITED boss Jose Mourinho is considering three players to replace Anthony Martial if the Frenchman leaves this summer, it has been claimed.
Manchester United face a fight to keep Martial, who has grown frustrated with Mourinho over the past six months.
The France international blitzed 11 goals before the New Year but, following Alexis Sanchez’s arrival from Arsenal, went off the boil.
Tottenham, Juventus and Bayern Munich have all been linked with moves for the Manchester United forward.
And, if he leaves, the Manchester Evening News say Mourinho has three replacements in mind.
Top of his list is Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale.
Bale could finally quit the Bernabeu this summer having struggled for game time during Zinedine Zidane’s time in charge.

Even Zidane’s sudden decision to quit the La Liga giants may not be enough for Bale to stay.
The Wales international reportedly wants to be assured of the same status as Cristiano Ronaldo.
And United’s best chances of signing Bale hinge on whether Real bow to his demands.
The MEN say Chelsea and West Ham forwards Willian and Marko Arnautovic are also on their radar.
Mourinho has pined for Willian ever since he took the United job two years ago.

The Brazil international could add a new dimension to their attack - but whether Chelsea sell him to a rival remains to be seen.
Arnautovic, meanwhile, is a shock name on the list.
The West Ham star only signed from Stoke a year ago but, having briefly played under Mourinho before at Inter Milan, is used to the 55-year-old’s methods.
Reports have said the Hammers may demand a huge £50m to let the player go.
But he could be a useful tool for United if Martial continues to thwart the Red Devils’ attempts to tie him down.
