In French Open Tennis, India's Rohan Bopanna and his French partner Edouard Roger-Vasselin have entered the pre-quarterfinals in men's doubles at Roland Garros last night. The 13th seeded Indo-French pair defeated local team of Benjamin Bonzi and Gregoire Jacq 6-1, 6-2 in a second round match in Paris.
Indian duo of Yuki Bhambri and Divij Sharan will play today against Oliver Marach and Mate Pavic for the pre-quarterfinal berths. In Men's Singles, world number one Rafael Nadal eased into the third round with a straight-set win over Guido Pella. In Women's Singles, Two-time champion Maria Sharapova sailed through to third rounds against Croatian Donna Vekic.
