Three Jaipur students secure top positions in CLAT-2018

Three students from Jaipur have secured the top three positions in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2018 for the 19 government-established National Law Universities across the country.

The test was conducted by the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, on May 13. The results were declared on Thursday, a day after the Supreme Court gave the go-ahead.

Aman Garg, who scored 159 marks out of 200 in the exam, secured the first position, while Devansh Kaushik and Anmol Gupta secured second and third ranks, respectively, with 157.5 scores each. The test's legal aptitude section acted as the tie-breaker in case of the identical score.

All three of them prepared for the prestigious examination at the same institute. Gunjan Jadiya from Udaipur has secured fourth position in the test. About 54,000 candidates had appeared for CLAT-2018. (EOM)
