KATHMANDU: Minister for Forest and Environment Shakti Basnet has stressed on scientific forest management for sustainable use of forest products.

Speaking in a programme organised to mark 23rd anniversary of Community Forest Users’ Federation in Kathmandu today, Minister Basnet said that the Ministry was moving ahead with a clear policy of forest management.

Minister Basnet said that balanced measures would be adopted while using the forest products.
