Liverpool are on the hunt for a top shot-stopper and Jurgen Klopp is not completley sold on Loris Karius who made two calamitous errors for the Reds in the Champions League final against Real Madrid last Saturday in Kiev.
Roma goalkeeper Alisson is on their wishlist, although it is thought he could cost in excess of £90million.
Reports have suggested Roma will try and fend off all bids for Alisson until after the World Cup.
Chelsea are still trying to conduct transfer business despite uncertainty over Antonio Conte’s future and who could replace him in the hotseat at Stamford Bridge.

As far as I know Liverpool have already made an offer for this guy. It’s about the price now
And now according to Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea have made an offer for Alisson, although it is unclear for how much.
Di Marzio suggests talks with Thibaut Courtois have been broken off to try and secure a deal for Alisson.
Meanwhile, ESPN pundit Steve Nicol reckons Liverpool have already made a bid for the Serie A star.
He said: “As far as I know Liverpool have already made an offer for this guy. It’s about the price now.
“I’m going to say Liverpool have to get him. I’m going to say this is a hit.”
Alisson is set to be Brazil’s No 1 at the World Cup.
