Customers will get up to 14,000 seats a week directly from Manchester to the USA and Caribbean through a new route to Los Angeles. This is will be coupled with an increase in services to both Boston and Las Vegas.
New York and Atlanta routes will see the Boeing 747 flying , the largest in Virgin Atlantic’s fleet implying that more customers from the north-west can take advantage of the one stop connections to more than 200 US destinations due to the partnership with Delta Air Lines.
Customers from across UK regions will have the opportunity to connect through Manchester, truly securing the airport as a significant Virgin Atlantic base because of the partnership with Flybe.
Enhancements to the flying programme, which will commence in summer 2019, include
A new route to Los Angeles will operate three times weekly, which will commence on May 26th next year while services to Las Vegas are doubling, growing from twice a week to four times a week on from March 31st.
The Boston service increases to three times weekly from May 25th.
