on its official website mahresult.nic.in at 1 pm. The Maharashtra HSC result 2018 has been declared at the press conference in the state board headquarters in Pune addressed by the State Board chairman Shakuntala Kale. Total percentage for Maharashtra Result 2018 is 88.41%.

*Another major issue that came to light were erroneous questions in the HSC chemistry paper. To make up for this error, the board has announced that students who attempted the questions will be given 7 extra marks.
* According to the Maharashtra board, in 2018, 14,85,132 students had registered to appear for the HSC exams which were conducted at 9486 junior colleges and 2822 centres across the state.
*Out of the total number of students registered, 5,80,820 students were registered for Science, 4,79,863 students for Arts, 3,66,756 students for Commerce, and the 57,693 students for vocational stream.
*According to the board, during the academic year 2016-2017, around 15.05 lakh students appeared for Maharashtra HSC Board exam 2017. The Maharashtra HSC Board passing percentage was 89.50 %.
*Maharashtra HSC Result - The MSBHSE Pune started the online registrations for HSC examination 2018 on Dec 2nd 2017 and closed the date for applications on December 11th 2018. Students could also pay a late fee and register for the board exams till December 16th 2018.
