BETHEL — The annual Food Truck Friday will kick off this week with fare and music on the municipal center lawn.

Food trucks available this Friday include Green Grunion, Fork in the Road, Rice and Beans, Chef Zip Exchange, Drewba Q, Szabo’s Seafood, Cinnamon Churros, Good Humor Ice Cream and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen. The band Gorja will perform.

Food Truck Fridays, presented by the town and Newtown Savings Bank, are from 5 to 8 p.m. on the first and third Fridays of June, July and August.

Siren will perform June 15, with food trucks Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Weenie Lynns, Salsa Fresco, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen on the lawn.

On July 6, Switchback will perform. Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Drewba Q, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen will be available.

Mental Health performs July 20. Food trucks will be Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Fork in the Road, Sonny’s Grinders, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen.

On Aug. 3, Sugar Death Whistle will perform. Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Fork in the Road, Cinnamon Churros, Good Humor Ice Cream and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen will provide food.

The final Food Truck Friday on Aug. 17 will feature Kenn Morr Band and Green Grunion, Rice and Beans, Spuds Your Way, Chef Zip Exchange, Szabo’s Seafood, Cinnamon Churros and Ma & Pa’s Traveling Kitchen.
