BALLSTON SPA — Route 50 has reopened after a tree came down on power lines overnight, delaying morning commutes and knocking out power to nearly 100 customers.
National Grid's outage map showed power out to customers along Route 50 between Middlebrook Avenue and Hamilton Street. Power was to be restored by 3 p.m., according to the revised outage map.
Crews finished clearing the road just before noon Tuesday.
