Clive Emson Auctioneers will be cataloging a year-high 175 lots in its June auction. This sale will be the fourth of eight sales in five days since the beginning of 2018.
“The growing shift towards more purchasers and vendors utilizing our auctions is encouraging and we find we are offering ever more high-end homes and substantial blocks,” James Emson, managing director of Clive Emson Auctioneers, said.
“In this auction alone, we have a landmark mixed-use block in Dover listed at £3.5 million, a farm and land with planning in Sussex guided at £1.1 million in total and a splendid 16th-century manor house in Hampshire up at £750,000.”
Emson said auctions succeed because all parties benefit from costs being transparent, while investors enjoy the stability and straightforward financial planning that this brings to any transaction, which also has the advantage of being binding.
