Former Test opener Phil Jaques appointed new NSW coach

Former Test opener Phil Jaques has been appointed NSW's cricket coach.

Cricket NSW confirmed Jaques' appointment on Tuesday.

They sacked former coach Trent Johnston following a disappointing 2017-18 season.
