Cape Town – The final season of Games of Thrones is currently in production.
As per usual HBO has remained tight-lipped about the upcoming final season.
What we do know is that the season will feature an epic battle scene that took 55 days to film.
Emilia Clarke who plays Daenerys Targaryen has dropped a hint about her character’s final scene.
In an interview with Vanity Fair Emilia said: “it fucked me up … knowing that is going to be a lasting flavour in someone’s mouth of what Daenerys is.”
She went on to tell Robin Roberts and Michael Strahan on Good Morning America that “it really is the most heart-breaking thing to be filming the last of anything. I've become an emotional wreck on set.”
