Ayushmann Khurrana drops the beat with ‘Tik Tak Plastic’ to raise awareness on plastic use


Actor-singer Ayushmann Khurrana who is known for his quirky choice in films has taken a mighty step to stop the burgeoning use of plastic. In order to broadcast his message, the actor has used the best and convenient method on his part. He recently sung a song titled “Tik Tak Plastic” for an NGO Bhamla Foundation in collaboration with United Nations, to raise awareness against use of plastic.

In a statement he mentioned, “All of us need to do our bit to leave behind a safe and environmentally healthy planet for our children and future generations. The world that we live in has seen extensive damage to the ecosystem by the use of plastics,” as reported by India Today.

The song is in collaboration with ace vocalists Sonu Nigam and Shaan.

The Vicky Donor actor has taken up the task to bring about a new wave in the society that has been plunged due to increasing plastic pollution.

“We have to reverse the negative impact of plastic pollution by actively speaking about it and raising our voice to bring awareness. It is our duty to do so,” he added.
