Ajay Singh’s third phase of ‘nyaya yatra’ from May 29


BHOPAL: Leader of Opposition Ajay Singh will launch the third phase of ‘Nyaya Yatra’ from May 29 from Rewa, Sidhi and Singrauli of Vindhya region. Singh will begin its Yatra from Govindgarh of Rewa district and conclude it at Sirmaur on June 2.

MLA Sunderlal Tiwari and former Minister Indrajeet Patel will be present in the Yatra.

Rajaram Tripathi, former mayor of Satna has been made Yatra incharge of Rewa, former parliamentary secretary Rajendra Mishra has been made in-charge of Sidhi while Rajendra Bhadoria has been made Yatra incharge of Singrauli.


The Yatra was launched by Singh against the alleged anti-people policies and misrule of the BJP and CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan from Udaipura on April 5.

Singh launched the Yatra from Udaipura demanding action against atrocities against women and on Minister’s son.

The second phase of the Yatra began from Chitrakoot on April 15.

Udaiprakash mistreated by police, administration and sand mafia because he returned his award: LoP

LoP Singh said that the misbehavior meted to renowned litterateur Udaiprakash by sand mafia and local police officer was an outcome of latter’s expressing his disagreement over prevailing system. He alleged that the misbehavior was a revengeful act by Shivraj government. He has demanded CM to provide police protection to Udaiprakash and his family.

Singh alleged that the state was in the grip of nexus between police administration and sand mafia. Police do not want to hear anything against sand mafia. Singh claimed that Udaiprakash was treated badly as he was the first litterateur who had returned his award against intolerance.
