4,500 jobs for Hry Govt to be advertised next month: CM

Thirty-eight thousand vacancies in Group D and 7,000 vacancies in State Police Department would be advertised by the State Government next month, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said on Saturday.

Addressing a public gathering in Chhatar village in Jind district during his two-day visit to the area, he said candidates would be selected on the basis of merit and qualifications required for respective posts.

The Chief Minister He said that Chhatar village would be developed as a smart village at a cost of Rs 10 crore on the pattern of urban cities with all basic facilities and amenities. In addition, he announced Rs 30 lakh for the village secretariat and Rs 2.6 crore for the boundary wall of the veterinary hospital and drainage system for the village.

He also laid stone of new bus-stand in Alewa village to be constructed at a cost of Rs 3 crore, and that of  Drivers’ Training Centre in Pegaan village to be built at a cost of Rs 20 crore.

On this occasion, Union Minister for Steel, Chaudhary Birender Singh, said the INLD was misleading the people of the State.

The Prime Minister is making all efforts to double the income of farmers. Haryana Finance Minister, Captain Abhimanyu, MLA Uchana, Premlata, were also present on the occasion.
