Norma J. Kelly, 75, of North Sewickley Twp., passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Hospice House in Wexford following an illness. Born August 20, 1942, in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late LaVerne and Helen Kissick Vinroe. She was married to Vernon T. Kelly who passed away August 3, 2008. Norma graduated from Lincoln High School in 1960. She was an active member of the Concord United Methodist Church where she was a member of the New Beginnings Sunday School Class and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was formerly active at Providence Baptist Church. Norma loved listening to music, especially Gospel, Country and Elvis Presley. She enjoyed playing cards with her card club. Norma's most cherished time was spent with her family and friends. Survivors include two sons, Joseph (Kerry) Ritter of Fombell and Harry Ritter of Ellwood City; daughter, Sherry Plutnicki of Ellwood City; four stepdaughters, Stacy (Will) Leonard of Portersville, Karen (Ed) Pflugh of North Sewickley Twp., Wendy (Harvey) Murray of Rolling Prairie, Ind., Tammy (Jeff) Young of Fombell; a sister, Patty Bernd of New York; 17 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Norma was preceded in death by a son, Charles Ritter Jr. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 200 Fountain Ave., Ellwood City. Friends will also be received on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Pastor John Phipps will officiate. Interment will follow in Wurtemburg Cemetery.
