Music teacher charged with abuse of girl, 6

A Sydney music teacher has been charged with the indecent assault of a six-year-old girl.

The 21-year-old man allegedly indecently assaulted the girl on numerous occasions during private violin lessons at an after-school facility in the Sydney suburbs.

The man was arrested on Friday and charged with 20 counts of indecent assault of a person under 16 years.

He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court on Saturday.
