The
SC on Thursday asked the
National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) to address complaints of aspiring law students against
Common Law Admission Test 2018 (CLAT) and directed it to come up with a solution by Friday.
CLAT 2018 was conducted by
NUALS on May 13 and many students faced problems.
The problems included power cuts, failure of log-in system, slow biometric verification, resulting in loss of time for candidates. The students approached various high courts and the SC seeking re-examination.
Agreeing to hear their plea, a vacation bench asked NUALS to come up with a solution and posted the case for Friday.
