Hry BJP to hold campaign on May 26

With the Narendra Modi led Central Government completing four years tenure on May 26, the BJP led Haryana Government will launch a massive campaign to highlight the achievements of Modi government in the state.

The campaign will begin on May 26 and continue till June 11 in Haryana to highlight the programmes and schemes launched during the four years tenure of Modi Government.

The decision to launch this campaign was taken at the meeting of Haryana BJP core group held at Chief Minister Manohar Lal’s residence on Thursday. Union Minister Krishan Pal Gurjar, BJP incharge for Haryana affairs, MP Anil Jain, general secretary (organization) Suresh Bhatt, Haryana BJP president Subhash Barala, Cabinet Ministers Anil Jain, Capt. Abhimanyu among others were present during the meeting.

“During the meeting, discussions were held over the four years of BJP led Central Government. The saffron party has chalked out a detailed plan for the massive mass-contact programmes at the grassroots level and apprize people about government’s achievements in the state,” said a party leader after the meeting.

He said that the campaign starting from May 26 would include a string of events including seminars, bike rallies, cleanliness campaigns, nukkad nataks, gram sabha meetings among others. Union Cabinet Ministers, Haryana Cabinet Ministers, senior BJP leaders, state MLAs will also be deputed to participate in various events, he said.

“All districts will be covered during the campaign. To reach out to the rural population, the campaign will be conducted in gram panchayats for making people aware about the schemes of various departments implemented by the BJP Governments at central and state level besides helping them to avail benefits of these schemes,” he added.
