There's a new firm allowing sellers to create their own Rightmove advertisement using an online template. Savvybricks charges £99 per month for “agent-free” selling.

Users can get their advert on Rightmove within 24 hours, and have “total control over selling your property”.

They communicate with potential buyers via the Savvybricks hub and negotiate offers.

The founder, Liam Egan, is described as an entrepreneur who is passionate about property.

The website explains: “As a property developer Liam has well over a decade of experience dealing with numerous estate agents, some good, mostly bad, all expensive and never good value for the high commission charged.

“Savvybricks’ mission is to be the UK’s best online estate agents, utilizing technology to provide homeowners and landlords with the best possible way to sell a house. All for an unbelievable £99/month!”
