COSHOCTON A Warsaw man is facing charges of felony theft of a firearm after an incident early Friday on Township Road 41 near Warsaw.
According to Coshocton County Sheriff Tim Rogers, his office received a 911 call at 2:46 a.m. from a caller who had a suspect at gunpoint after a theft in progress. Once deputies arrived on the scene, they detained the man for further investigation.
The incident remains under investigation as additional charges may be filed.
