The
summer season is at its peak and
tempers are frayed all around. But the fitness and health enthusiasts are keeping the temper tantrums at bay thanks to various fitness regimes. A free yoga workshop was recently organised at
Chitnavis Centre, where many people of Nagpur mastered the art of beating of
weather blues early in the morning.
Later, everyone enjoyed a hearty chat and expressed the hope that more such workshops would be organised in future too.
