Delhi reels under heatwave

The national capital today reeled under a heatwave as the maximum settled at 43 degrees Celsius, three degrees above the season's average.

The minimum was recorded at 26.5 degrees, normal for this time of the year, and humidity oscillated between 53 and 23 per cent, a said.

The has forecast clear skies for tomorrow along with the possibility of heatwave conditions in a few places.

"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 44 and 26 degrees respectively," the weatherman said.

Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures settled at 43 and 26.7 degrees respectively.
