BENGALURU: Kusha, 30, a resident of Marenahalli in J P Nagar and an autorickshaw
driver, was
stabbed to death near Silk Board Junction during the wee hours of Wednesday. Police suspect the killing was the result of a rivalry since Kusha’s mobile, wallet and cash were intact.
“Kusha usually drove the auto at night,” police said. “He generally parked near Jayanagar IV Block or the Silk Board. Around midnight on Tuesday, Kusha called his wife to say he had reached Silk Board Junction. According to passersby, Kusha was sleeping on the back seat when a few men attacked him with lethal weapons and fled.”
