Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

A day-long workshop on Preventive Vigilance has been organised by the Central Vigilance Commission New Delhi today. The theme of the workshop is, 'Dissemination of Good Practices'.

Speaking on the occasion, Vigilance Commissioner KV Choudhary expressed concern on the promotion of integrity as the most important tool and urged different stakeholders to follow the standard procedures for safe evaluation.

He said, every department and PSU should take appropriate measures for good governance in the organisation. The workshop has been organised to bring transparency and accountability in the system.
