GV Prakash: 'Sema' will be a rural comedy entertainer

After the mega success and critical acclaim, GV Prakash is back in his first rural mass comedy entertainer. Talking about the film, he says: “My character will not be a usual one in Sema. He is not a jobless protagonist as shown in any other rural entertainers, I play a character who loves to engage himself in some work. I think the bride hunt episode will establish a connect with the audiences. Now, we are hunting a bride for Yogi Babu brother and luckily, I didn’t experience it in life as mine was a love marriage”, said GV Prakash Kumar.

“This year started on a high for me with Naachiyaar. After the dry subject, Sema will be a fun rural entertainer with family values and emotional elements”, said GV Prakash who felt proud for acting in a movie directed by a debutant. Pandiraj of Pasanga fame has penned the story and screenplay of Sema, his associate Vallikanth has directed the film.

GV Prakash also said that Sema is made at a controlled budget and the selling price is also nominal so he believes that the film will be a profitable venture to everyone.

Sema is all set to release on May 25.
