The
summer art
camp “Fine Heart”, organised by
Modern Art Gallery for kids, was concluded on Monday. The workshop had been going on for last 15 days in which school kids were learning various forms of arts from experts at the art gallery. Children had created several arts and crafts like clay pots, terracotta arts, wall hangings, glass bottle paintings, canvass paintings, glass paintings, and all their arts and crafts were exhibited in the gallery for the public. The aim of the event was to train kids on making decorative items that they can put up at their homes, informed
Tarakant Parida, founder of the gallery. Veteran theatre artiste, director and former president of
Sangeet Natak Academy,
Dhirendranath Mallick, interacted with the kids at the closing ceremony.
