Tools, a bird bath, a large planter and a set of three lawn gnomes were reported stolen between 6 p.m. May 11 and 1 a.m. May 12 from a residence in the 3600 block of Scarberry Drive.
Property loss was reported at $190, according to the Hilliard Division of Police.

* A delivery-car roof sign and money were reported stolen at 1:45 a.m. May 13 from the 3700 block of Main Street. Property loss was reported at $590.
* A battery charger, jumper cables and an air compressor were reported stolen between 12:55 and 1 p.m. May 13 from a vehicle in the 3500 block of Park Mill Run Drive. Property loss was reported at $170.
* A 21-year-old woman and 25-year-old woman were arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 5 p.m. May 14 in the 5300 block of Cemetery Road.
* An 18-year-old woman was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at 6:20 p.m. May 16 in the 4100 block of Leap Road.
* A 21-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 6:45 p.m. May 16 at Winterringer Road and Sherwood Drive.
* A 38-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of a controlled substance at 8:30 p.m. May 16 at Circle and Gaymon drives.
* A 33-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor drug abuse and possession of marijuana at 4:55 p.m. May 17 in the 4200 block of Cemetery Road.
* Two 23-year-old men were arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 7:05 p.m. May 17 at Paxton Drive and Crandon Street.
