Woman dies after stabbing near Toronto subway station
Police say a woman is dead after a stabbing near Spadina subway station.

Toronto police say a woman in her 20s has died after a stabbing in the city’s downtown Wednesday afternoon.
Officers said they were called to the Spadina Road and Kendal Avenue area at around 4:30 p.m.
When they arrived on scene, police said officers found a woman in critical condition.
She was taken to hospital by paramedics where she later died.
Police said two men were seen running from the scene but they can’t say for certain if the men were involved.
The TTC said trains briefly bypassed Spadina subway station.
