Ensure no illegal construction near Sujwan Military Station: J&K HC

Taking serious note of illegal constructions between 2 and 50 metres of outer wall of Sunjwan Military station in Jammu, Justice Alok Aradhe of J&K HC on Tuesday directed  bureaucrats and police officers including Divisional Commissioner, Deputy commissioner, Commissioner JMC, VC JDA, SSP Jammu and all concerned police stations to ensure that no further construction in and around the Military Station takes place which is in violation of guidelines issued by the Ministry of Defence till next date of hearing.

This landmark order was passed in a petition filed by Union of India through ADM Commandant  Sunjuwan Military Station, Jammu.
