Chennai Supers Kings beat Sunrisers Hyderabad with five balls to spare at the Wankhede stadium in Mumbai and book their place in the Indian Premier League final for the seventh time. The MS Dhoni-led side were boosted by Faf du Plessis’s unbeaten 42 ball 67 at the top to mark a joyous return to the IPL following a two-year suspension for the spot-fixing scandal.

As expected celebrations broke out in CSK’s dressing room after the match; the most entertaining of which, could be Dwayne Bravo’s song and dance celebration dedicated to Dhoni.

Harbhajan Singh can also be seen playing a tiny little cameo while Dhoni remained his calm as usual self in the video shared by CSK on social media accompanied by a post that read: “Champion’s groovy tribute to #Thala after getting through to the #Finale! #WhistlePodu #yellove ???? @msdhoni” CSK’s tweet read.”

CSK managed to restrict Kane Williamson’s Sunrisers Hyderabad to 139 but Rashid Khan left Dhoni’s side in tatters, dismissing the skipper and Bravo to leave the two-time champions struggling at 93 for 7. That was of course until du Plessis began his onslaught to led the two-time IPL champions to a thrilling win.

SRH will play the winner of Eliminator between Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals on Wednesday at Eden Gardens in the second qualifier in order to make it to the final.
