A day after Deepika Padukone shared her sister Anisha’s private message with her fans on Instagram, she posted an embarrassing selfie for the whole world to see.

A day after sharing how her sister Anisha made fun of her with a meme, Deepika Padukone has shared her own embarrassing photo on Instagram. The image, shared on Wednesday, shows the two sisters stuffing their mouths full of food and smiling for the camera.

On Monday, Deepika had shared on Instagram a meme that was sent to her by Anisha. “After a hard day at work,this is what my little sister sends me!!! love you AP! @anishapadukone,” she captioned the meme, which shows a chihuahua in angry and sad mode, meant to poke fun at Deepika’s behaviour in public and at home.

Several of her fans tagged their siblings on the post, which has been ‘liked’ by almost 700,000 people.

The new image shows the siblings eating what appear to be sweets and taking a selfie. “When your mother tells you to finish everything that’s in your plate!!! (& that’s for bullying me in public @anishapadukone),” Deepika captioned the image.

Deepika and Anisha, a golfer, are the daughters of former badminton champion Prakash Padukone and Ujala Padukone. Anisha lives with her parents in Bangalore while Deepika works in Mumbai.

Deepika was most recently seen in the controversial historical epic, Padmaavat. She hasn’t announced any new film projects yet, but walked the red carpet at the recently concluded Cannes Film Festival.
