LUCKNOW : A 22-year-old was shot at by four youths in
Talkatora late on Monday despite heavy police force in the area due to Ramzan. Police have registered a case and investigations are under way.
The victim, Vikas Chandra Chaturvedi, had gone out for a walk near his house.
Around 11pm, Ranjeet Yadav, Arun, Satyam Tiwari and
Raja opened fire at him and fled, Chaturvedi later told police. He knew the attackers. He was rushed to KGMU. "He regained sense on Tuesday morning. We saw the youths fleeing," his family told police.
