Woman found dead on North Cronulla Beach

A woman's body has been found washed up on North Cronulla Beach on Wednesday morning, police say.

The unidentified woman was discovered by a passer-by about 5am, and police established a crime scene.

Police said a post-mortem examination in coming days would determine the direction of their inquiries.
