Justice C K Prasad appointed PCI chief for second term

Former C K has been appointed the of the (PCI) for a second term, an official notification said.

The central hereby notifies the re-nomination of Justice C K Prasad, retired of the of India, as the of the Press Council of India, said the notification of the Information and Broadcasting Ministry, dated May 22.

The notification was made public today.

A three-member committee headed by Venkaiah Naidu, which met last week, had given its nod for appointing as the PCI for a second term.
