BENGALURU: The officers of
Bangalore Development Authority (
BDA), who hitherto used to interact with the general public between 3pm to 5.30pm at their offices, will be available to interact with the public between 11am and 5.30pm on all working days.
The move comes following a related demand from general public as they were facing problem meeting officials with the restricted time frame of 1.5 hours.
In a circular issued on Wednesday, the BDA has said that the public can visit the
BDA office between 11am to 5.30pm and meet the concerned officers for redressal of their grievances.
The authority has also said that public grievance meeting will be held in BDA office on every Wednesday’s of 2nd and 4th week of every month at 3pm.
