Shilpa Shetty’s son Viaan’s birthday was a mix of glamour and compassion. See pics, video

Shilpa Shetty’s son Viaan Raj Kundra turned 6 on Monday. The Bollywood actor and her family celebrated the occasion, rolling in lots of warmth, compassion and oodles of style.

The actor took to Instagram to wish her baby the best in the world. Posting a picture of Viaan as a new born, soon after his birth in 2012, she wrote: “21st May 2012 ??A new me was born. 6yrs today..The dichotomy of wanting you to be my baby forever and excitement of seeing you grow up and your achievements in this life..Difficult choices!! Want to hold you in my arms for longer today, like when you were a baby.. the toddler is gone ,now there’s a little boy and tomw there will be a young man in his place .. but you will always be my baby.. Happy birthday my son, love you more than you would ever know????#unconditionallove #birthdayboy #6 #gratitude #blessings.”

In the picture, we can see Shilpa planting a tender kiss on her son’s head.

She went on to share another video of their family visit to an NGO, Little Sisters of the Poor, an old age home. In the video, Shilpa and her son can be seeing serving food to old people. Some even bless Viaan, as he hands them sweets.

Sharing the video, Shilpa wrote: “Keeping up with tradition of dinner at the #littlesistersofthepoor ,an old age home . They have very few visitors and the joy on their faces when someone comes and visits them is priceless.Nothing more powerful than to start my sons birthday with Blessings..Thankyou for all your blessings and wishes as well instafam Loads of #gratitude #happiness #blessings #love #unconditionallove.”

In the evening, of course, it was time to have some fun. Pictures of Shilpa, Viaan and her husband Raj Kundra, show them sporting what looks like a co-ordinated ensemble. Shilpa looked uber cool in a chic white just-above-the-knee cream-coloured dress. With her hair left loose, she paired the dress with cream-coloured platform heels. Viaan wore smart semi formals -- pale blue pants, cream T-shirt and grey blazer.

Raj Kundra too posted a photo collage of his son, Viaan.
