Medical Guardian, a leading provider of innovative medical alert systems, announced that Eric Kligman has joined the company as its new Director of Customer Care. In this role, Eric will oversee implementation of Medical Guardian’s internal call center strategies and operations, while monitoring systems and processes to provide best in class customer service. He will lead a team of 65 Customer Care specialists.

With more than 25 years of business management experience, Eric has successfully led diverse, cross-functional teams to meet and exceed business goals and milestones through strategic and tactical problem solving and collaboration. Prior to joining Medical Guardian, several of Eric’s roles included being the Senior Director of Human Resources Shared Services at AmerisourceBergen and the Vice President of Call Center Operations for Connect America. Under his leadership at Connect America, Eric increased saves per retention agent by 65 percent, annually, and improved Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Collections by over 30 percent.
