The Museum of Ice Cream Launches its Own Line of Ice Cream

Seven introductory flavors will be sold at Target and in a new Manhattan shop

THE EMINENTLY Instagrammable pop-up phenomenon known as the Museum of Ice Cream is dedicated to sugary goodness—the centerpiece of the interactive experience is a pool full of multicolored fake sprinkles—but until now hasn’t had its own take on the actual frozen dessert it celebrates.
