The Indonesian Air Force recently took delivery of an additional six Grob Aerospace G 120TP turboprop trainers, increasing its fleet of the German-made aircraft to 30. The new aircraft were delivered to the Adisut-jipto airbase in Yogyakarta. The base is the headquarters of the service’s flight academy. The other 24 aircraft were delivered from 2013 to 2016. The G 120TP is a side-by-side two-seat trainer powered by a Rolls-Royce 250-B17F turboprop engine.
