Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Minister of State for Home Affairs, Hansraj Gangaram Ahir has said the government is committed to women's safety and security.

He said, focus is on building a strong machinery to deal with crimes against women effectively.

The Minister was speaking at a seminar on Gender Justice in Criminal Law in New Delhi on Monday.

Mr. Ahir said with the recent amendment in laws against crimes against women, the system will be capable enough to deal with sexual offenders.
