BEAVER — A Clarion man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl inside an Ambridge home will serve up to six months in jail, records show.
According to online court documents, Mark W. Suto, 51, pleaded no contest in April to one count of indecent assault. He was sentenced to between 71 days and six months in jail, records show.
Suto was accused of sexually assaulting the teen, who later reported it to her school resource officer, police said.
According to a police report, the teen detailed at least one recent assault and told officers Suto had assaulted her at least 10 times. Police said the teen said she didn’t report previous assaults because “she is extremely afraid of him and scared of what’s going to happen.”
