President to address 9th convocation of Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry today |
 President Ram Nath Kovind will address the 9th convocation of the Dr YS Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry at Nauni near Solan on Monday.
He will award degrees to 465 students. Mr Kovind will be conferred honorary degree of Doctorate of Science by the university.
Governor Acharaya Devvrat and Cheif Minister Jai Ram Thakur will also attend the function. Mr Kovind arrived in Shimla on Sunday on a five-day visit to the state.
